UsefulSoft offers multiple applications targeted to the management and auditing of printers on your network. Among their current offerings are Print Censor and Remote Queue Manager.

- Print Censor is a program for the management of statistics of printed jobs on the printers used on your computers.

Using Print Censor you will know who, how many, when and what exactly printed on your printers. You can obtain the following information about the print jobs: User name that created a print job, computer name where job was created, date and time of jobs, number of pages in jobs and volume of jobs in bytes.

- Print Censor Professional allows you to control shared printer activities, including how, what and who can print on your shared printers.

With Print Censor Pro, you can restrict and account for the users who can output to a given device. Password-protect your printers and demand authenticated users enter a PIN and a job description, or require a Windows-like log-on. Use job descriptions to moderate printing queues and be able to reject any pending job that does not fit the bill. If the moderator is not at her desk, choose to allow or delete pending jobs automatically after a pre-defined time-out.

You can differentiate between authenticated users and user groups, and set different rules for different printers.

Calculate printing cost on-the-fly by accounting for the parameters that affect the price. Paper size, use of color ink, printer type, number of pages or even a document's header can be used to calculate the cost of printing. You can use the printing cost for accounting purposes or to accept or reject printing jobs in real-time.

Print Censor Pro also logs all printer activities and creates reports with color graphs. You can also export reports for future reference to multiple formats, including plain text, CSV, XML, HTML and PDF among others.

- Remote Queue Manager is a tool to manage print jobs. There is no need to install any drivers to control a remote printer; the program uses the remote computer's drivers.

Instead of searching through non-descriptive job names, Remote Queue Manager allows you to visually preview documents in the spool. You can connect to a remote printer, cancel unwanted jobs or change the priority for others. The program also allows you to view properties for every printer job (paper size and orientation, printing preferences, etc.).
