Axence Software offers network monitoring and management tools, with features including scanning, alerting, reporting, asset collection, and more. Among their currently available offerings are:

- nVision monitors mail servers, Web servers and URLs, TCP/IP and Windows services, application health and performance (MS SQL, Exchange, etc.), switches and routers (port mapper and network traffic). The network is automatically discovered and presented on an interactive graphical map.

nVision automatically collects node hardware and software information: model, CPU, memory, main board, drives, cards, etc., installed applications and Windows updates. It allows license usage auditing and verification. It will also alert you in case of a program installation or any configuration change.

Optional agents can monitor user activity: user activity/inactivity time, application usage, visited Web pages, and bandwidth usage. The agent also provides workstation remote control.

A MIB compiler allows you to add new MIB files, facilitating the monitoring of information from SNMP devices; and the Web Access function enables a number of administrators to have simultaneous access to the program via a Web browser.

The program provides a range of alerts and reports: real-time and historical charts, system and application performance, service and host availability, interface traffic and utilization, inventory, and user activity.

- NetTools is a collection of monitoring and network analysis tools, available in professional and free versions. Some of the tools included in both versions are:

- NetStat: Displays all the inbound and outbound connections to your computer and lists all open ports. Maps all open ports and established connections to the owning application

- Network scanner: Finds all the nodes in a network (including remote networks) and the services running on them. Enter an IP range to check

- Service and port scanner: Allows you to check for all open ports and running services (HTTP, POP3, MS SQL, Oracle and 50 others)

- TCP/IP workshop: Provides you with the ability to establish low-level TCP and UDP connections to troubleshoot and test different networking services

- NetCheck: With this tool you can check the quality of network hardware in your LAN

Also included in both versions are visual Ping, Trace, Lookup, Local info and Bandwidth.
