Crypto Helper is a free Windows Explorer extension that integrates into the file context menu. Crypto Helper adds two new context menu items: Get Sign, and Check for Sign.

Crypto Helper can handle various cryptographic signatures; generating hashes to check file integrity. Supported hash algorithms include MD5, SHA1, and CRC32. To generate a file signature or to check the integrity of a newly downloaded file, click on the file with the right mouse button, and choose the appropriate menu option.

Crypto Helper starts with the system startup. The hashes can be copied to clipboard for use in other applications. Hash checking is also available.

To install, run the setup executable and pick a directory where to install the program. Crypto Helper is ready immediately, without any restarts needed. Full uninstall is also supported.
